DG One, Sports & Leisure Centre, Dumfries - DG1 Houses the main swimming pool in Dumfries as well as various sports halls and gym facilities. There is also a cafe and bar and in addition to the sporting events, DGOne has an imperessive programme of musical and theatre shows on offer throughout the year.
Queen of the South Arena - indoor 3g pitches suitable for 7-a-side football (hire by the hour) and a great coffee shop.
Dumfries Sports Club - Dumfries Sports Club is the home of Dumfries Cricket Club and there are also gym and squash facilities available.
Galloway Activity Centre - Based at Loch Ken in Dumfriesshire, the Gallloway Sailing Centre offers sailing, kayaing, windsurfing and powerboating activities as well as an outdoor climbing tower, archery, dirt buggies and outdoor laser quest.
