Faculty Development

If you are interested in developing your skills as an educator we are offering a range of courses, from national trainers’ introductory courses, across a spectrum of skills development opportunities, to video-feedback sessions to develop teaching competences. In addition we will also arrange bespoke courses to meet needs identified by individuals or teams, so if you don’t see what you are looking for on our Events and Courses come and chat!

We are keen to develop some bench-marking of WbAs in secondary care, and are targeting a couple of teams to get this started.  If your team would be interested please let us know.  In Primary Care, trainers find this enormously helpful.

Our simulation group is very enthusiastic and building capacity to help with the in situ testing for the new hospital.  If you would be interested in getting involved, or would like some simulation experiences delivered in your team come and speak to us.
